| Type of Moodle Services | |

| 1 | Moodle Analytics means the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of data relating to Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform for a Customer. |
| 2 | Moodle Consulting means any consulting service relating to Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform, provided to a Customer. |
| 3 | Moodle Course Development means generating customised courses for use on the Moodle Platform according to specifi cations provided by a Customer. |
| 4 | Moodle Customisation means any modifi cation or extension to the Moodle Software code or the Moodle Platform for a Customer. |
| 5 | Moodle Qualifi cations means those programs that guide participants (educators, administrators and developers) towards mastery of essential digital competences through the use of Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform. |
| 6 | Moodle Hosting means any hosting on Partner’s servers (including cloud servers utilised or controlled by Partner) and any licence for access to Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform on Partner’s servers for Customers (except instances of Moodle Workplace governed by a separate Moodle Workplace Agreement). |
| 7 | Moodle Installation means any installation of Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform on any server. |
| 8 | Moodle Integration means integration of any Moodle Software or Moodle Platform with third-party software for a Customer (including Certifi ed Integration Products), but does not include any direct costs paid to a Moodle Certifi ed Integration Partner for subscriptions to Certifi ed Integration Products. |
| 9 | Moodle Migration means any migration of content to the Moodle Platform from a third-party LMS. |
| 10 | Moodle Support means any technical or functional support provided to a Customer in connection with Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform. |
| 11 | Moodle Theme Development means modifi cation or development of the visual and/or functional interface or themes of Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform, for a Customer. |
| 12 | Moodle Training means any training services provided to a Customer relating to Moodle Software or the Moodle Platform. |
